WAZAROO - REFUND POLICY
1.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only in the following cases:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product delivered in damaged or spoiled condition
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
2.
Non-Refundable Cases
  • Customer not available at delivery address
  • Delay caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, traffic)
  • Change of mind after order is dispatched

Request Procedure
To request a refund, email waza@wazaroofoods.com with your order number and issue description within 24 hours of delivery.
4.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Due to the nature of our business we do not have a return policy.
