Orders placed before 5 PM are usually dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 hours. Some areas may require additional time.

All frozen items are packed using insulated containers and ice packs to ensure freshness and food safety during transit.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Orders above ₹1999 may qualify for free delivery.

Unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or access restrictions may affect delivery timelines. We will keep you informed in such cases

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the customer may be charged for re-delivery.
